JUNE READING WRAP-UP

Hi everyone,

June is over (which is totally crazy! Where did all the time go?), which means it's time for me to tell you about all the books I read in the past month! I read twelve books with a total of 4184 pages in June, mostly thanks to the #TBRtakedown and #rainbowthon readathons that I took part in.

TOP 5 WEDNESDAY: CHARACTERS I WANT TO DROWN

TOP 5 WEDNESDAY WAS CREATED BY LAINEY, AND YOU CAN FIND ALL OF THE INFORMATION IN THE GOODREADS GROUP.

Hi everyone,

It's Top 5 Wednesday time again, and this week the topic is TOP 5 CHARACTERS I WANT TO DROWN. Yay!
I had so much fun with this topic because I hate a lot of characters. I don't know why, I promise I'm not this critical of people in real life.

Obviously this list is only my personal opinion, so PLEASE don't hate me if these characters are your favorites.

Before I start I'd like to thank Lainey for giving me a shout out in her top 5 Wednesday video last week! I had no idea this was going to happen, and I totally freaked out when I heard my name. Thank you so much Lainey!

TOP 5 WEDNESDAY: BOOKS I READ IN ONE SITTING

TOP 5 WEDNESDAY IS A WEEKLY MEME CREATED BY LAINEY. YOU CAN FIND ALL OF THE INFORMATION IN THE GOODREADS GROUP.

Hi everyone,
It's Top 5 Wednesday time again! Today's topic is the TOP 5 BOOKS I READ IN ONE SITTING.

I don't often read books in just one sitting (I wish I could, I just don't have enough time), so some of these I did read in chunks, but they're all books that I read in one day or less.

I really enjoyed all of these books, and I definitely recommend them if you want a good quick read. They'd also work really well for readathons!

BEAUTIFUL BLOGGERS AWARD!

Hi everyone,

I was nominated for the BEAUTIFUL BLOGGERS AWARD by Haley from Paperback Heaven. Thank you so much!

As far as I know, the Beautiful Bloggers Award is a tag where you tell people a little bit about yourself and share the blogger love. I don't know who created it, or where it came from, so please tell me in the comments if you do so I can credit them.

#RAINBOWTHON TBR

Hi everyone,
I'm taking part in yet another readathon! This time it's the #RAINBOWTHON which is taking place between the 15th and 22nd of June and is hosted by the Carpe Librum girls.

The rules of this readathon are pretty simple- all you have to do is read books with spines that are the different colors of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple). You can watch Riley's video which explains all of the rules if you want to take part. As a lot of these books are e-books, I decided to pick books based on the colors of their covers as well as their spines.

There's absolutely no way I'm going to read six books in the week, but here are the books that I have to choose from...

FAVORITE BOOKS WITH MULTIPLE POV

Hi guys!

If you take part in or follow top 5 Wednesday, you'll probably know that this weeks topic was top 5 books told in multiple perspectives (more than two). I wanted to take part, as I do every week, but I didn't have time to write my post before Wednesday rolled around.

This is kind of that post (even though I know I'm two days late, and there are far more than five books on this list), but as I was thinking about books with more than two POVs I couldn't stop my mind from going to some of my favorite books told in dual perspective. I decided to just make a list of all my favorite books told in MORE THAN ONE POINT OF VIEW.

#TBRTAKEDOWN READATHON - WRAP UP

Hi everyone!

In case you didn't know, I took part in the #TBRTakedown readathon between June 1st and June 7th. The readathon was hosted by Shannon at leaninglights.

I read a total of three books during the week, which wasn't as many as I wanted to, but I did manage to complete all five of the challenges! Yay! Unfortunately I couldn't get as involved in the readathon as I planned to (school got really crazy all of a sudden and I totally wasn't expecting it) but I still had a really great time.

You can see all the books I planned on reading HERE, although I only actually read one of them.

TOP 5 WEDNESDAY: FAVORITE BOOKS OF THE YEAR SO FAR!

TOP 5 WEDNESDAY IS A WEEKLY MEME CREATED BY GINGERREADSLAINEY. YOU CAN FIND ALL OF THE INFO IN THE GOODREADS GROUP!

It's Wednesday again!

Today's topic is super exciting, but it was also pretty much impossible to choose. I've read a grand total 52 books this year- the majority of which have been really good -so you can imagine how hard it was to narrow it down to five. (Hint: My shortlist was 19 books long)

These books aren't in any particular order, because that would just be way too hard for me. They're all amazing and I love them (almost) equally.

Without further ado, here are my top five favorite books of the year thus far!

APRIL + MAY WRAP UP

It's been a long time since I did a monthly reading wrap up! Two months, to be exact. I was too busy at the end of April and the start of May to do my April wrap up, so I thought I'd just include it with my May wrap up.

I have a total of 16 books to talk about today, so I think I should just get started.
